Vice President of Indonesia called on airline companies to give top priority to the safety of passengers. Professionalism, therefore, are of key importance to pilots and maintenance personnel. Addressing a meeting of the Indonesian Pilots Association/Air Passengers Safety Conference at Hotel Mulia here Monday (7/7), Kalla said pilots are at the frontest and are therefore the most responsible irrespective of the age of the aircraft.
